A personal painting for me celebrating the moment I recognized my mental health was at its lowest ever and started to make a shift for the better. I was in British Columbia on Vancouver Island during this realization, so I took the opportunity to do an ocean swim every day during my week long visit. The ocean helped cleanse my mind and body at a time of deep vulnerability, and started my journey of healing over the next many months.
